My personal experience with this Hospital is so good. My mother's treatment done by Dr Deepak Chahar, He is so nice n gentle Doctor.
That's awesome place for 24*7 medicine.
Worst experience ever !! I visited today with my friend who is suffering from stomach ache. I went to the reception, there were two people one is male and one is female. I asked to meet with physician, He said she will come at 11 o'clock, It was 10:00 o'clock. I asked any one else available here, it's an emergency. What he said actually shocked me and that's why I am reviewing the only hospital where I used to visit over the past four years. He said : aur koi kya dental ka btau, physician 11 bje aayegi to aayegi. I was like what you are talking about man? How you can be so rude , and this can be answered In a manner and He can say sir please wait She will come in an hour and there is no other Phoesician available at this time. But, He chose to be arrogant and turned back. I will never this hospital again despite of good doctors and I am disappointed with the customer service, Santosh is another hospital in proximity and I chose to visit this ever on Shivalik.
