I myself being a doctor , it hurts to say that central nursing home which is the nearest from my home, could not give one puff of oxygen which was so urgent when my maid sdnly was in need , they said there was no DOCTOR available at that time , it was around 9pm today ! May be opd and OT's are better, but emergencies are the most need full , which is shame for the authorities there!
Even though the hospital is an old hospital amidst all the upgraded nursing homes in Guwahati, but the most important part is that it's clean and the patients cabin is a space you can pay for.
Doctor are good but the hospital conditions is poor, toilet is the worst in quality, have to update the infrastructure, so frm my side it's 3 star
5 star to the doctor because he is the best urologist in the city. But the condition of the entire hospital is so bad. So two stars. Toilets are all broken with no flush. The staff is not polished. The entire hospital looks so depressing. It should be made better and more beautiful. Since it's a hospital with the most famous urologist, the toilet improvement is the most important requirement that I found lacking.
