I dropped in today morning at BARC Casualty ward to check if RT-PCR can be done immediately and report is made available within same day or next morning. When I reached here I met Ms. Joisy and later on Dr. Shagufta. Both assured me that some SRL guy will come and get your test done and ensure that you get the report by tomorrow morning and even earlier. The person Mr. Anil Chache also understood my concern and allowed me to sit inside chair under fan till the time, the SRL guy arrives to collect sample. He even assured me that he will let me know, once they drops in. Shagufta ma'am requested casualty staff members including Joisy ma'am to help me out and she personally told me knock at Lab for any issue. When the SRL guy arrived, Joisy ma'am personally went to check them and then introduced me and told my concern that report is required within today night or tomorrow morning. I am so grateful to all these staff members who helped me as if I belong their family. I never ever had such an wonderful and pleasant experience and that too in a govt hospital, for a patient who doesn't even belong to either their hospital or their City. It was an real honour for me after visiting the BARC casualty as I never expected this level of support. God bless the entire team and I wish them the bestest luck. Parallely request management to acknowledge their efforts they put for everyone.
If ur patient is in critical condition please dont admit your patient here unless u dont have a option, they are using patients for training of RMO doc's. There are a lot of cases where people died due to negligence, my personal experience is very bad my dad had hernia my dad was operated by BARC doc who was a trainee and he forgot to put mesh in the stomach due to which my dad suffered pain and black spots near belly operation was done in 2016 we didn't knew this had happened later the pain started he suffered a lot we were given an appointment for April 2020 operation couldn't be done due to pandemic so we took another appointment for Jan 2021 i was told that they will operate him on monday but first we need covid report which is understandable we gave the sample to concern person who told that it takes only 1 or 2 days for the report my dad gave sample on friday morning 9:00 am and he was first person to give sample that day, now on the day of operation(monday) they said that we don't have ur fathers covid report in the file my dad was on NBH i.e no breakfast and water in this condition he was told to wait in the general ward later i checked with the private lab were sample was sent, they said we dont have any sample of this patient i gave my dad's mobile no and name they clearly said no we dont have due which operation was delayed again but thank god these senior doctor was looking in the matter.....
