Excellent Specially staff's who helped us at Emergency on arrival, working in billing section department. Always accepts requests smilingly to resolve any query efficiently despite her heavy work load. I do not hesitate to recommend the staff's trainer who have trained the staff for such caring. Extremely good care of my wife and newly born baby was taken care of by the doctors and staff here at Alchemist. They made the whole process easier for us. I have been visiting this hospital for many years, very good experience so far. Most of doctors are very experienced and suggest you optimal treatment. Support staff is equally capable, soft spoken and they help you a lot to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In my recent visits on 3rd floor, we met Priya who was very supportive, cheerful and helped us a lot in coordinating doctor visits along with providing right information about next steps for suggested treatment. Appreciate her help and concern.
The services are really Excellent.. staff is very helpful and humble in nature. Our 10 day stay at the hospital has been very comfortable. Treatment was very good. Doctors are experienced. Thanks to everyone. i would totally recommend this hospital.
The process of admission to discharge was very very smooth. The new wing rooms are neat & clean. The hospital food is excellent. The staff is polite, caring & know their job well. And of course the doctors are very qualified. Overall it was a very good experience.
