The service is not that great and they have these arbitrary rules on attendants. Every night this main doctor will be followed by his subordinates to check on patients. The boss seems impatient as if he doesn't have time not perhaps realizing it is we who are paying for their services. I have to give props to the cleanliness nevertheless. Very hygienic.
Make it your last option or when there's no option at all .. dont look at outward appearance like infrastructure or parking convenience because better treatment is available elsewhere in shillong..I recently loss my loved one after I admitted here , Service is not good and its expensive, they will also ask you to do all test or medical procedures to increase the bill..I dont want to blame anyone for it ..just my humble suggestion if you love your dear ones ..prefer other first ...pray to God for guidance.. always do your homework before making decision in admitting them ..its serious matter .. you wont regret if u take my suggestion
I was a patient on 02/09/2021.Since I had no attendant, my wife who was fully covid vaccinated, went to see me. She was not allowed to enter by the security staff. She pleaded that she be allowed and she cannot wait any more or for hours as she is arthritic, but she could not enter and ultimately had to return home. Luckily I got released next day. The staff know rule well but no compassion, sympathy, understanding. They think it is something like an office. While getting discharge, they will not allow the patient to go to the counter ro pay by debit card, nor they arrange the bill to be collected from the private ward.
