I got admitted for Covid Treatment. 2 Nurses handled more than 30 patients and Dr done their best. Bed, Testing and Other Charges are reasonable.
Very good infrastructure with 24/7 emergency checkup, good parking and other amenities - huge campus with medical facilities and medical college. Lot of govt inititaive medical policy plan are available in this hospital for people. Usual checkup plus blood test, sugar\thyroid test, dental checkup and MRI scan test can be done for people in low cost. Another section with cotporate paid service is available in the same campus. Doctors and nurses are very cooperative and ready to support and clear our queries. Only problem is with admin, you cant find any people to raise your complaints. Insurance department is not that much great, they will leave office early on time. You need to roam all departments to get the required signature for claim. Other than these 2 issues, support and facilities are awesome in Saveetha and cost and hospital expense is less compare to other hospitals. Hotel options are less, you can find few eateries only in this campus - food quality and taste is ok.
Blown vein while taking blood samples and also broke the needle holder while taking blood sample. And there is no proper lab for sample collection. Also I feel like that needle is not good as there was some irritation for sometime. Other general checkup’s were good. Need better product/training.
I will give Zero start.. Very third class treatment.. Guys I suggest don't go Any treatment and operation purpose very poor Doctor and service.. They are take too much time for treatment.
