although this bank isn't as crowded as other banks but services are so poor. Printer of passbook doesn't work most of the times. Staff are absent sometimes and poor management of croud is there. Bank of Baroda overall is getting better with time and improving it's services including the Bank of Baroda app and internet banking. It's just that this branch is poorly managed and this made the experience worse.
Banking is worse, BoB atm doesn't work most of the times, m connect app doesn't work many times, we can't trasfer even ₹8000 through UPI in one go (I have experienced this in BoB savings account), bank branch does not accept coins, bank is crowded with rural people. Bad experience overall.
