A mother for mother, a doctor for doctor, a comforter for comforter. You can never get such a combo and I'm lucky enough in that way. I never felt that I'm talking with a doctor from my day 1 check up. The most caring doctor she is. When many doctors weren't ready and wasn't patience enough to explain things that I was going through in my pregnancy Dr. Shirley John explained us each report and test that was taken in layman's term and helped me to deliver a healthy baby girl. She is expert in handling complex pregnancy issues. And Dr. Lakshmi always gives a feel of elder sister, she never missed to call me as sweet heart which always encouraged me go according to doctors advice and made me more comfortable to move with them. I'm blessed and lucky to get such caring doctors. Thank you for the entire team Dr. Shirley John and Dr. Lakshmi Govind.

My wife and I visited Dr. Shirley John starting in the month of March 2021 in relation to her pregnancy... From the first visit we knew we were being looked after in a very professional and caring manner.. And we were confident that we had met the right person to oversee this pregnancy. Dr. Shirley and Dr. Lakshmi who work as a wonderful team saw us regularly.. And at each appointment gave us adequate time for our consultation.. examination and clearing of doubts..which was very reassuring for both of us.. As the time approached for the delivery.. We were seen at more regular intervals and my wife was reassured each time with the needed motherly encouragement.. Her delivery was two days prior to the scheduled date.. When she developed sudden cramps in her abdomen.. Dr. Shirley came on sudden notice at 1 am in the night despite the heavy rains...and stayed with us till the completion of labour in the morning.. Which was completed by Dr. Shirley and Dr. Lakshmi as a normal delivery avoiding a C Section and unwanted hospital time.. We are thankfuk to the entire OBG team and para medical staff at Welcare hospital for making our entire experience a joyful and pleasant one..
New block is huge, enough car parking, big lobby and reception, big waiting area, big lifts, courteous staff, over all good experience...Well recommended... Best one in Vyttila Region...
Great service. Nurses and other staff were very polite and helpful. Room was well maintained and facilities were great.rooms were clean and overall excellent service.doctors are very supportive and very caring.
