Good Doctors are there. I consulted various doctors. Good experience But Hospital Management is bad. There is a very very small parking space for them. That will be Always full. Opposite to hospital, there is a pay parking space. You will have to park there always.
Doctor consultations are good but the administration entire team are very local service….. yesterday my dad angioplasty done….. after angioplasty they told me no rooms in hospital… why they not telling before procedure… and also they are not providing full information….. very bad service….. I disappointed…. am approaching this hospital for getting better service that’s why i payed more money comparing other hospitals….
Parking is a problem if you go by your own vehicle. But you can find few paid parking areas nearby. You have to wait for so long even if you pre book the consultation. Also their system for calling patients(OP) is not correct. Nurse who is assisting the doctor calls patients like their own wish. Also in between, hospital staff’s will bring the patients who might be their relatives/friends and skip the queue. They should implement proper token system. Hospital pharmacy also taking too much time for issuing medicines. Doctors might be good, but Management should take necessary action to provide better services for their customers. If not, they will not sustain with the name alone.
