IOCL has the capacity and money to make its hospital world-class but just like any other govt organised corporation, this hospital institute is lazy, churns and eats the company funds and capital and doctors just refer the patients to other doctors and hospitals. It used to be a great hospital in the old days (90’s) when it had good doctors, Operation theatre and great equipment’s but now, it just runs a referral system where patients are referred to other hospitals (in their list) like Sterling and Bhailal and those hospitals and their doctors make sure that they drain the company’s (IOCL) money at the maximum level. Where it’s not required, they ask the patient to get operated and go under the scissors and knife. A typical deal between the private-govt. organisation where the private organisations make sure to suck govt/public organisations.
