Very worst experience with the staff at santhosh nagar Agarwal on collecting the product which I have selected at optical service...when I gave for the proper alignment the product was completely out of shape and I asked for the replacememt of the product,reply was very rude towards me...his name was Sreedhar and other one I don't remember...pls warn them to have healthy communication towards the customers
Actually I have visited this santosh branch for reading glasses. An affable young man greeted me enthusiastically and explained me in detail and distinguished between reading glasses and Advanced digital progressive glasses its usage and benefits as I am a software engineer switching between digital gadgets oftenly he convinced me to use it. So I ordered and bought progressive glasses dispensed with prompt delivery and have been using it. I am comfortable with it and happy using it.....tq sudheer.
