While the process of vaccination is smooth and great, social distancing is absolutely absent in the premises. The waiting area is underground parking and people are waiting in chairs placed less than a feet apart in a poorly ventilated area. This could be easily remedied as there is enough space to keep the chairs apart. The payment room is a small room (12x10 ft) and contained more than 10 payees at one time with 4 staff. The distance between two people was again less than a feet apart and most people were wearing a simple surgical or cloth mask. Few with the masks down and nose out. Actual vaccination was done within seconds. Nurses and staff are very friendly and nice. The observation room is again a room with 30+chairs and 20-25 people crammed in at once. The guidance after the vaccination is good but the same can be combined in a paper FAQ with the bag that's given to you filled with sahyadri hospital promotional and marketing material. I opted to go here because of the positive reviews on google(They will remind you multiple times to leave positive reviews) But my experience was mixed due to lack of distancing. If this is where you got the slot, please double mask and shield should be used for your own protection as many vaccine takers didn't seem serious about masks and distance, nor was this managed by hospital well.
Exceptionally great service provided by the staff ☺️ All the staff members are truly involved in taking care of the patients. Nurses / Sisters / Doctors / Admin are extremely polite and down to earth, in other words I would say treat their patients as their family and that is truly commendable🙏 It is was a mesmerizing experience being treated in this hospital. Kudos to you guys👏Please continue with the same efforts, hard work, dedication and determination you all put in day in and day out to make this happen!!! Special thanks to the house keeping team, they are doing a phenomenal job in keeping cleanliness and hygiene which is imperative during this pandemic👏 Thank you once again for your great service!!! Keep the momentum going😊
Very efficient process. I had to travel 15 km because I got appointment for this center. I was worried it would take about 1-2 hours. But I was pleasantly surprised Process is: 1.Enter basement and give appointment details to the attendant 2. Token number is assigned 3. 6 people are called in at a time for registration and payment (cash/card) 4. Vaccine is given 5. 20 minutes recovery, while a doctor/administrator explains post vaccine care and answers questions This entire process, including recovery was 45 minutes for me. I would suggest that people bring cash (exact change) for minimal hassle.
Hospital is wonderful and doctors are cordial. They are working hard and appreciate their efforts in this most challenging situation for all of us. However like to share an incidence which made me vastly upset. The security guard at ICU supposed to compassionate and understand the people visiting ICU. This Pearson is rude, speaks in high tone. He expects us to know all the regulations. I been asked at the main gate to get the pass from casualty which I did. And when he sees pass with me and my companion started yelling at me how you can have two passes for one customer in front of the ICU as if I stole his kidney. When mentioned I will complain he started showing his ID for me to photograph asking complain wherever you want I don’t care. If he don’t care about his authorities how do he care about patients relatives. He shall be shifted to somewhere like main gate and someone who is soft spoken shall be put in for ICU. I hope Sahyadri like their staff to be professional.
I've read many positive reviews before going for the vaccination. Actually I was doubtful if it will be able to justify the reviews... But... I'm amazed with the experience. It hardly took 15-20 minuites for the complete process. Everything was so organized and smooth... And yes the accept Card payment also... Enjoy...
