The first thing you’ll notice that it’s very clean. The staffs and nurses are polite. I met Dr. Aravind for my shoulder injury. He was very positive and it was easy to communicate with him. The staffs at their pharmacy are kinda slow but overall experience was good. Compared to other hospitals, they’re not very expensive.A nice and warm experience. Must compliment the entire team who are working with utmost care and courtesy to ensure that the patient is comfortable and cared for.. Be it the medical team , nursing house keeping ,admin etc all maintain a high standard. Quality of food and hygiene also requires mention,it was good and also one is provided choices. Kauvery Medical Centre is a place where any individual can access as it serves all at an affordable cost and with service as their prime indent. Blessed to have such fine infrastructure for our own people. As the Team Leader so the staff members. Kudos to their exemplary services.
The physiotherapist Ms. Meenakshi is excellent. She is very professional, attentive and empathetic. She did a fantastic job in helping me manage my pain and achieve almost full range of motion in less than a week. The nursing staff too were very kind. My only gripe would be the billing staff who could benefit from better customer service training. They appear to be not as professionally trained as the clinical staff. They could be taught to be more courteous to clients.
We are highly satisfied with Dr. Ramaubramaniam treatment options. He spent good quality time with each patient to understand their complete medical history... We feel very confident after seeing him. His entire team of staff also assisted us very amicably. They guided us appropriately.
