Had a wonderful and more than satisfactory experience. Had my first baby here and complete 9 months maternity checkups of my wife. Specially the highlight of the hospital Dr. Reeta Bhuyan who is I could say is one of the best. Her response is almost very immediate any time i reached her on call and received excellent guidance. Doctor and checkup fees found to be extremely competitive & genuine. Staffs are well behaved. Admission rooms are quite clean and hygiene maintained periodically on daily basis. I Personally had no complaints or having any regrets from this hospital yet. So, i also refer this hospital to my contacts in need without any second thought.
Gynac was very good. But the staff were so unprofessional. They sat and were directing the patients to close the door. Ultrasound doc didn't reach the hospital even at 1 p.m. is this a joke ?? I wouldn't even give 1 star also.
Services from Doctor is worth. But From Receptionist to Nurse they should be further trained to behave well with patients and attendants. Waiting time for TEST is very long, management must look into it.
This hospital is very much lagging in management..one has to wait for minimum 4 hours for a simple ultrasound test..same for other tests also..these people don't understand the value of others time..i strongly recommend people not to go there if they don't want to waste whole day..i have no complaints against the doctors..
Very happy and satisfied with the team, specially Dr. Reeta Bhuyan ma'am. Her spirit and dedication is superb. Very clean and hygienic, I feel blessed to have such a hospital in my city.
