If i talk about cleanliness, satisfy with that.. But one of the staff from nursing was behave casually/rudely.. Security staff is also not behave on manner way, Doctor behaviour and his skills/experience matter a lot during the treatment so i satisfied with all these things.. Thanks to all staff those co-operate with me...
Hospitality of the staff and nursing department is very good.Doctors and nurses monitor their patients time to time which is very good. Nurses try to boost the morale of the patients and take good care of them. Overall entire experience is very good.

I am coming here since one month for my treatment of kidney stone under doctor avijit sir he us the best urologist and surgeon of regency renal his behavior is very good and his hand in surgery is superb I was having stone in my both kidney he removed it from both of my kidney . I am very much satisfied with the treatment and surgery and also with services of the hospital all staff nursing housekeeping on the floor are well behaved and cooperative in administration too people are very good and cooperative.
