It's an excellent hospital.. The doctors are just polite and friendly, they are taking care of your health.. The hospital has the all amenities, which should be there in a hospital.. Hospital is fantastically covered with public transports like bus and train.. The staff nurses are always taking care of the patients with polite and friendly manner.. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.. Only drawback is the hospital Canteen is costly, need to be revise their price list.. Overall a good choice around OMR.. 👌👍
The Doctors are very experienced and providing responses to the queries asked by the patients. Their experience in various areas helps to cure the patient's disease quickly. The equipment in the hospitals are latest and life saver.As the doctors are experienced they are well versed in handling this equipment (operation theater,scanning etc). The nurses were talented and did not hesitate to take care of the patients at any time (24 hrs). There are some feedback as follows: *The patient was experiencing a extreme spice in the food. *The food was not supplied on time and at times they miss to provide milk,etc for patients. *The patient was unable to sleep peacefully due to mosquitoes. *The A/C outlet has been kept in front of attender and thus the air circulation was not sufficient enough for patients. There is a fan in front of patient which is running at a very high speed giving issues to the patient( breathing difficulty and chillness). * The corridors were full of noise , patient was not able to sleep peacefully. On considering above this is crucial and pay attention. there is no one to regulate.
First of all the doctors are their biggest strength and asset. Extremely knowledgeable and vastly experienced in their domain. They patiently respond to all the queries. Their diagnosis is good. Treatment protocols are tailor made. Post admission till discharge not much stress to attenders apart from billing. Nurses and house keeping staff are kind and compassionate. Home visit collection executives are prompt in picking requests for tests, sample collection, billing and report communication. But I had requested for a home visit to do CBC, D dimer and few other tests. Charges for D dimer was 2600 whereas in Apollo and other testing centres it is just below 960 including home visit charges. There is a difference of 1700 which is too much especially when we are in the middle of pandemic facing job loss, pay cuts, escalating price of essentials and fuels. I wish the management takes not of this and revise tariff to benefit the society.
Not include medical bill in room services bill.need to pay separate bills for each and every time.
