Visited to have a check up, spend the entire day their, with little or less outcome, surely value for money, but not for time. Very poor management and facilities, no covid protocols, overworked staffs. Need better facility management. Hospital is really famous, great and hard working doctors, but need better radiology department and lab department. These department are the most utilized department, and it needs a lot of investment and development. Facility improvement will be great, toilets are old and need better cleaning options. Parking facilities are very less
Waiting for an hour or 2 to consult a doctor is fine and understandable. But 2 hours wait time in radiology department and another 3 hours wait time in pharmacy is not at all acceptable. This hospital and the doctors are famous and provide good services. But the facilities and the process are very substandard. It’s not like there are hundreds of patients visit this hospital every day. Even the govt hospitals which handle more no of patients than this one, don’t have this much waiting time in queue. 3 hours wait time for pharmacy. It is high time for this hospital to work with some management consultancy to improve their process and efficiency.
Management purposefully making rush in the hospital, there is no proper booking system in the hospital. Sufficient parking space is not provided by the hospital, hope this is to support the near by pay and park stations. Hospital is good but they are purposefully delaying the consultation to create a rush. This will make people thinking that this a good hospital
Hospital is having very good doctors but lack adequate staffs , especially in pharmacy .Only 2/3 staffs are there for managing whole patients.Reception was a big failure in patient management. We had to wait for hardly 5 hours to get admitted on the day of arrival. They are telling if you had somewhere to go please go there, we will call you when room is ready .We informed them well in advance and also on the day of admission that we are coming to admit but they failed to manage us .I am repeat that hospital is having good doctors and all staffs are superb in caring and all .We don’t have any complaints about them .They are doing good .
