My wife got admitted for three days and I must say that the proper care with best treatment and diagnosis makes our tough time easy and we got discharged with smile on my wife's face. Thanks to entire team Pulse. Dr. Megha is really amazing and nursing is the core strength. Team housekeeping is doing their job excellent and keeping the area clean and hygienic. Thank you ❣️
Home away from home…..isn't that great feeling while you are admitted in hospital and look forward to fast recovery and early release ? This happened with my Dad in PULSE …..Kudos to the team of Doctors, nursing staff , ward boys and housekeeping . I know it becomes far more important for the administration to keep the morale of every individual high....to perform and take care of the patient . Nothing to exaggerate ...but special mention on the proactive and prompt response from Gurleen for every small request made. She was just phone call away :) . Every experience/reviews does count for the growth & betterment of any establishment .....am sure administration must be evaluating those scope of improvement areas and driving towards PULSE core values of Patient First and service to mankind. One of the best hospital you could in Ranchi. Best part will always be the Tests and examination that are conducted by the hospital. All the reports are on time. All the nurses and support staffs were very polite and effective. The daily food provided to my father was top notch. Each and every diet was followed. The services provided by the food staff and canteen staff was excellent. Great Job ..Guys!! Finally hats off to the doctors. MY FATHER GOT SAVED HERE.
I had my cousin admitted to Pulse with initial emergency complications and we had been worried a lot! But Gurleen from front desk helped us in all possible way to make things easier and tension free right from the beginning till discharge..When you have that kind of support in the hospital,you dont have to worry anything.The hospital has all the required facilities required for an emergency situation and it was catered well in our case! Right from ER to shifting to ward and then discharge was smooth! Thanks to Doctors,staffs,nurses and all ground staff with utmost humility and gratitude!
This is a recommended hospital in case you are in Ranchi. The care provided here is top notch with very friendly atmosphere. Doctors are good. I personally had a good experience twice at this hospital once for for my mother and next time for my father.
