I had a brain stroke,i was admitted to this hospital for the treatment and operations and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The stay at this hospital was very pleasant. Its a good hospital.

As compared to other private hospital its rating is 2.5 out of 5 as on today in the lates of september. I had been there in ICU but the icu staff is careless, the patience service and reception are just look like owl at any attendent like we are asking them in hebrew language. No security at the guard or in the trauma campus.Simply non cooperative and arrogant behaviour of non medical staffs. Money sucking hospital with harrasing employees. As per my experience i had today!! Please think twice before u take ur emergnecy patient over here n if u r reading this after admitting it then please be aware all the time.
Worst hospital in West Bengal.. Pls don't go.. I repeat pls don't go to this hospital. The staff don't know how to behave with patients. They don't give water to drink. They give wrong medicine. My mother get admited in this hospital. After have treat ment my mother gone mad for wrong treatment They know how to generate bill. Wrong treatment. If you want to go . Then it's all ur risk. Highly recommend don't go to this hospital
