1.The OP services will start's at 9am Firstly you have to take OP form. 2. To get OP form first you need to go your nearest ESI Dispensary and the doctors suggest you to go for ESI Sanathnagar according to your health issue. 3. It is better to reach the OP Registeration Counter by 7am and you need to wait in the Queue or else keep something( like slippers, bag or something) in the queue and you can sit beside. Generally you have to wait for long time if you arrived early. 4.The OP Registeration start's at 8am. You need to show the ESIC form which is given by the company and also receipt (suggestion to go to ESIC Sanathnagar)which is given in your dispensary. Then they will give you two consultation form's. The nearest security guard will tell you the floor number and room number. There are 2 counters for males 1 counter for females 1 counter for pregnant women's 1 counter for senior citizens. 5. After getting the OP form please go to the respective floor and you need to get a token in that floor. A security guard will be there to give the tokens. 6. Doctors Start treatment from 9am they won't take much time for checking. For some health issues some particular day and time will be given. Only on that specific day you will find the doctor. 7. After that to get medicines you can find pharmacy in ground floor. Timings are 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. For some medicines they will not give. Those medicines can take from your ESI dispensary. 8. Outside of the OP Registeration floor you can find hotel for tiffins lunch etc 9. You can go to ESIC hospital by the bus route numbers 10K, 10J from miyapur and secundrabad, 83J, from Jeedimetla and Kacheguda 189M from Jeedimetla and Mehidipatnam, 9x from Jeedimetla and C. B. S, 113 from Lingampally and Uppal 218 from Koti and Patancheru. 19 from KPHB and mehidipatnam. 218D from Dilshukhnagar and Patancheru Etc
Here process is very slow patients need patience 1 doctor equal 150 patiens ratio 1:150 this is best service given by ESI hospital
