Guys beware of the fraud. We are the latest who got scammed. We wanted to have an online consultation with a very experienced doctor from the dermatology department of this hospital as my wife is in Canada. These guys facilitate through an outsider app called Lybrate which is practically a poor app. We filled out the forms and even before getting us an appointment slot they asked for payment which we gave as we were the needy and we trusted them. We payed $15.96 CAD (around 930 rupees) for a single consultation which is more than twice the normal consultation, for a 15min consult. We payed the money, we downloaded the app and practically did everything as we were told to. Then we started to wait. And there was no call coming in. We tried to call but couldn't reach. There is absolutely no support from the app and from the hospital. Later we saw the reviews the service had and what we saw was unbelievable. People have got scammed earlier and I don't think they got their money back or the service they wanted. I'm just thinking why PVS Hospital has never laid eyes on this matter, if they did we wouldn't have had this experience. People are losing their hard earned money and the negligence is criminal.
I'm writing this review from hospital, canteen management of your hospital is worse , it was good four years before today while i was having breakfast I got a dead mosquito, so please take good care of your canteen since there are thousands of patients and bystanders having food from your canteen so canteen has to be maintained proper hygiene it was good four years before but now it lacks hygiene
Very poor service, Doctors never come on time. no proper gst bills, Doctor collecting money in cabin other than op ticket bill. Gives unnecessary tests.
There are two types of bills one for normal and one for insurence. Insurance bill is double than normal. And very poor service from stafs, receptionists and gm office. There doesn't have proper facility and bill is like a 5star setups. Pharmacy has also very poor service totally very worst hospital
