Poor hospitality. Except few sister and ward people many of them are not upto mark as per hospital status. Except hospital canteen there is no other option for food near the hospital.
Good place. Good doctor.. but no support from volenteers.
Very poor response.. Didn't even respond on time in an emergency case.. Kept calling on their number but of no use.. Once their receptionist answered the call but said to call after some time.. Like for real....!!? in an emergency!!?? Absolutely ridiculous..
It's a third class hospital specialy for joint replacement as per my personal experience If you have another option even in govt hospital may please go there as Primus has worst than MCD hospitals in all the ways Poor management or to say no management Highly unskilled, unprofessional unethical and rude nursing and other staff Third class hygiene standards No patient care No proper explanation on treatment or procedure by doctors Rude helpdesk and billing staff with no knowledge of cases Only one good thing is there in orthopaedic clinic that Ms. Shivani helps you a lot but she also has limitations I got the same response from other patients admitted in hospital during surgery of my mother Please don't go to Primus otherwise you will feel trapped I don't have option to give minus or no star
Never go there .worst hospital which i have ever seen...no copration inbany way ...managment very poor...lab report comes late ...agar negative m star dene ho to -10
