During the second wave of covid where no hospital were even wanted to see the patient or enter the hospital, this hospital provided help even without bed when my father needed it the most, thankyou doctors and staff members 🙏
All the services and facilities are very good in Santom Hospital. I am very satisfy of all the services.
Went for my mother's vaccination.. the process is being done in basement... It's a steep walk and takes whole lot of difficulty for an senior citizen to walk down.. as an accompanying child after taking her two steps.. halted and thankfully got someone on personal request to get wheel chair... The journey return was again challenging.. via lift to ground floor and walking stairs down.. team.. think for senior citizens..
Overall good experience here. Not too big hospital but not too small either. Average place. Covid protocol was followed properly. Staff and doctors were good. Deluxe room was spacious. Nurses take good care.
Very pathetic...Since last four days I am trying their contact nos. but no body is responding my calls. Hospitals are well-known for better treatment but here no one is giving you response on calls then how can anyone expect that the staff of this hospital given proper response to the patient.
