I had visited Laksmi hospital today for my baby (31days only) I had booked appointment through phone and I got token 62 they had told me to come at 12 o clock. As so I had reached there at 12 20 and after all registration we waited till2.30 I waited there and ask how olng should I need to wait there is no response from staff after that I met PRO he told that the time was told by mistake you have wait more. By that time the token number is 30only. If I need to consult doctor I think I need to wait 2more hours so. I left from there I had experienced a worst situation And I noticed that there is no COVID precautions taken by the hospital management
Visited few weeks ago with wife for her first dose of covid vaccine.. entire process was very seemless and the staffs were really friendly. But I dont think they have enough parking facility and overall it was good experience.
the Rooms were horrible , we got admitted for 1 day and it was a horrible room . Eventhough fan is working I just felt like am In a hot box
Recently visited health check up department of Lakshmi Hospital (Aluva) for taking my first dose of vaccine. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staff at the health check department was polite, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services🤗.
