Unnecessary hold patient. Many times doctors are not available or not taking daily routine round. Not updating the status of treatment to patient as well there relatives. Very dirty toilets. Flush not working.. No pillow and blankets available for patient. Sometime no plates for food and cup for tea. Only 2 numbers of table for 9numbers of bed. You have to arrange your own table for visitors.
Infrastructure and facilities good but doctors not available when you need any emergency
In short government is government and private is private It means that there is no word for service of the civil hospitals staff and doctors are not there when patients are there so it’s give to 2 star for its services
