The staff in the Casualty were very polite. They were respectful, explained the action plan carefully to the patient and attenders. Once admitted for treatment the nursing staff were the highlight! They were very caring. The maintenance staff kept the room nice and clean. We were pleasantly surprised. When we asked questions regarding the billing we got clear answers.

Very bad experience at the hospital during covid time - father in law was covid positive and he was a completely healthy person at 63 years of age - no other complications and the hospital killed him in 4 days - 3 days my brother in law was not even allowed to see him in ICU or was able to talk to him since they blamed covid and they kept saying he is recovering well and that they have given him vital injections and he is responding very well. Finally on 4th day they suddenly changed their track and said he is in coma and when we rushed to hospital they said he passed away. They charged around 5 lakhs after killing him.very bad hospital.My friends mother kept asking us not to admit father in law in this hospital and asked us to change him immediately as she had a similar experience. Wish we listened to her advise.Dad would have still been alive. Please stay away if you value your loved ones life.
Best hospital in Chennai, well experienced doctors , caring staff nurses , talented students, kind ward girls/boys , very cleaned and pleasant place, and very hygienic food in this hospital. Super 👌
