Wonderful place , good staff n doctors , easily accessible from the metro station.. Edit However always trying to loot patients buy adding unnecessary tests while in admission. My known too was admitted and he narrated the horror he had experienced in the hospital. That's y switching from 5 starts to 1 star
The primary doctor from internal medicine treating the patient was excellent in patient communication and welfare. Other than that, had a mixed feeling about the staff and other doctors we interacted with, some of who did their best to be patient centric, while others completely lacked basic etiquettes about how to address people, let alone patients. Were referred to their top oncologist during investigations, which seemed like a fish market with people piling on top of each other at the door while consultations were taking place inside and no privacy. Greatly underwhelmed with the overall experience especially considering their charges. Gladly considering other cancer treatment hospitals and oncologists.
Emergency(24/7) treatment is good if there is any emergency you can come here.
Non co-operative and arrogant staff. I admitted my aged parents thinking that proper care will be provided to them instead they were left without basic facilities like a blanket for the whole night after repeated request. Doctor merely visited to check upon the patients. This hospital is only in the business of making money and not treating patients.
It's an excellent hospital with an experienced doctor. Cost is affordable. I have been going to this hospital for many years. Best care I have received, and the Service is very nice and highly compensated.
