Despite my doubts doctor's assistant assured me that Dr will be available at 8am time slot assigned to me. But Dr. came at 11:30am. And I consulted him at 1 pm. The hospital is very poor in maintaining time slot. The management did not inform us that hospital is closed for visitors at 8am that day due to scheduled annual event. There seems to be zero coordination between management and doctor's assistants. I do not recommend this hospital. For the high fee they charge they can do better service.
For pregnancy related, Doctors are good. You can come here if you have a whole day to spare. They will make you wait, wait,wait, until the end of the day. If they inform us why we're waiting and a definite waiting period it would be way better. Unfortunately all you can hear from them is "you can wait, they'll call you when your turn comes ✋✋✋" Fun fact : I'm re-editing this review for the third time during waiting... Excellent hospital, professional staffs and good facilities and maintenance. Genuine treatments and many social activities. Dr. Latchumanadas is our cardiologist, who is well experienced and expert in their works. Doctor and their team are well service oriented and patient centric. Well organized management and takes care of patient very well. Best wishes to entire team and highly recommended.
I got my father admitted here for a heart check up. From the preliminary tests to the settling of bills, everything went smoothly. Each and every doubt of ours was cleared. The staff and doctors were very pleasant and friendly. The hospital and rooms are well kept and very clean. One of the best places for heart related problems. Thank you MMM!
I could not stop myself from writing down an appreciation feedback to your esteem hospital “Madras Medical Mission, Chennai” for warm service and health care by the Doctors, nurses & reception. We were consulting with a doctor and I was there with my father for the very first time, the overall check up was well appreciative.
