No peoper house keeping service's
We booked Lemon tree for an event, additionally booked an additional room to stay over night. CHAUFFEUR ON ARRIVAL: did an excellent job receiving us. Check-in experience: Had a poor experience with front desk - Room check-in took 45 minutes. The food at the event was decent but not exceptional. A good option for corporate guests and I would not recommend it for family events
Lovely stay. Stands up to its name. Breakfast is really good. Service is also good. You might get some annoying receptionists sometimes. They also have gym, pool, banquet hall, buffet hall, auditorium, big lobby. Room doesn't have too much space because the beds and sofa are big. View from the balcony is 👌
Actually 3.5 stars for Stay at lemon tree. It was a was good stay.. Room was good with a room view of metro station. Nice ambiance and color scheme. Breakfast, dinner menu was tasty and variety Good to see that speech jmpared staff was generously helping guests, appreciate this cause. But the bed quality was bad first time didn't have a good sleep. They didn't have a confirmation of rate to our office so wasted a lot of time. Desk was slow to act. Didn't like company of common pastes in the room and near the ice cream. And yeah ice cream quality could have been better and needed no melt in ice cream, also no toppings for ice cream. I would have liked a bath tub in the room.
Room: Rating - 3/10 I got a small room, don't know if it's the standard size room... Not worth the money I paid. Food: Rating - 5/10 Good breakfast spread. Dosa chutney was full of peanut flavour rather than coconut flavour. Front office: Rating - 2/10 I requested for a C type charger or chord, from the front office, since I forgot to pack my charger.. someone said to come to lobby as they had a charger in the lobby, but when I went, I was told there is none and the hotel could not arrange... The 2/10 rating is for quick check in. House keeping: Rating 7/10 The room was clean and the house keeping attendant was a very nice person.
