There is no doubt about the expertise of the hospital but the rating I am giving is because of the attitude of the staff. The staff is extremely rude and insensitive. I do understand that you guys have a lot of workload, but think about the family and patients who are already going through some tough times. Care and Kindness comes for free. Your little bit of cooperation can give family some confidence and let me tell u, you are not doing any charity. The charges for private patients are as high as any other private hospital. Have some humanity please and be polite with the patients and families, they are not coming there to enjoy picnic. I hope somebody from the team see these reviews, which I highly doubt. Thanks.

We have visiting Tata Actrec for my moms treatment we have taken appointment of morning 8 am but this Chemotherapy 210 department is very slow they doesn’t care if patients are dieng in waiting area but still they are taking 4 to 5 hrs waiting for emergency patients.this is very pathetic. They are taking Private files and then they are started looking general files. This treatment is not good the worst experience i have feel. Every 3 months they are changing their doctors and they have no experience.
