Edit: Downgrading rating to 3 star, the hospital has not returned the insurance advance even after 4 months of multiple follow ups. Previous review: Very good hospital. Doctors and staff go extra mile to help patients. PRO is available always for any help. I really appreciate the good work done by the hospital. I would give all star reviews without second thought!!
We had a great time with the Hospital. The Quality of the services provided by Dr.John E V and his team on our brother’s Mr Ramadas's Bypass surgery was excellent. The Doctor is superbly professional, so caring and and explained everything to us well. The entire team in the hospital, nurses, attenders and even the office staffs were so cooperating and well managed. we are so grateful to suggest his services to anyone, as we got the best in this city. We are So thankful to God and next to this Doctor as he worked as the hand of the god. We wish him all the success in his services in future. Thank you.....
The Services of Nursing and Cleaning Staff were of high standards with consistency, compassion and GODLY, to say the least. All of them were wonderful human beings, Angles on Earth! They ensured that I do not miss my home within that constricted space called, just a room, did I say room? Oh no, my world for 10 days! I have learnt that the Chinese mischief have the ability to change ordinary people in to Confucius! Thank you Angels for the wonderful support you give it to people like us🙏🙏🙏
I came to Sunrise Hospital for my vaccination.The ease of dealing with your customers (aka patients) is highly appreciated. It hardly took 5 minutes after reaching hospital to get my vaccination done. Sister Tintu took my vaccine very professionally.I couldn't even feel anything.
