It’s good hospital and staff are polite but in retina Division not satisfied
One of the best eye Hospital. Would recommend to anyone who has an eye problem, from the staff to Doctor. Dr Freddy did my Lasik eye surgery in 2020 and am grateful to all including the staff for changing my life to see the world with out the need of spectacles.
My mother had undergone cataract surgery few days back @ Dr.Tony Fernandez Eye Hospital. The medical care provided by Dr.Freddy and his team entail a special mention... We are absolutely satisfied with the services rendered by the medical and non-medical staff of Tony’s during the surgery and on follow up visits. Even the medical insurance assistance and such other minute details were proactively taken care... I must say, it was completely a hassle-free experience altogether!
Too much of waiting time. Covid protocols are not followed, its too crowded.
I was sceptical about doing a lasik operation but this hospital came highly recommended. The hospital staff - the nurses, the doctor (Dr Freddy Simon) and the hospital administration alleviated my fears by explaining everything to me and realistically setting my expectations regarding how much correction I can expect given that I had high power. I did the surgery and after a few days of discomfort feel like this is something I should have done years ago. I was particularly impressed with the functioning of the hospital. Even though it was a medium sized establishment with many patients, everything -- including the tests, the prep for surgery, post operative care and instructions, insurance processing, medical leave formalities, etc -- was very streamlined, quick and efficiently done.
