I have been visiting this place for a while now. I have come across good doctors who have managed to treat effectively and also with a sense of purpose. But my most recent experience here was something that left me surprised ! I wanted to purchase my medicines from a medical shop near my residence (as I get a decent discount from there) . I hence asked for a prescription of the medicines from the general physician who out rightly denied the same stating the medicines has to be purchased only from the hospital. I find this attitude of hospitals absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. No hospital can force the patient to buy medicines or compel them to get the pathology tests done only in their labs. Especially when your costs are over the top. Its a shame that we citizens have to put up with such kind of non sense in our life even when it comes to medical treatments.

Token Q system is very poor and unprofessional, no value for patients time.During this pandemic patients are waiting hours to consult the doctor.Even though if we ask any questions to the nurses/ counter staffs they have no time for reply.Very much frustrated with this system. Its my second time bad experience in Cardiac Dept.
worst experience... Bad attitude from staff.... long waiting time to see a doctor. we took appointment and went to the hospital. Doctor room was closed and we waited for 2 hrs...
