The worst hospital. Nursing services are extremely poor. You won't see the so called "angels" there. Pharmacy without medicines. Most of the medicines to be buy from outside. This is the second time I am facing similar worst experience from this hospital. Don't go there especially for emergency cases. Not eligible for even a single star.
One of the budget friendly hospitals in aluva. The hospital is ran by a Christian trust. When talking about their service I could say the gynaecology and pediatrics departments are well and good. People used to prefer this hospital mainly for these two departments. Some other departments are not good as compared to these two. This hospital has very less facilities. We can't depend it for major health concerns. Otherwise it's a good hospital for se basic and regular health related problems. Doctors are good. Billing staff behavior in front desk on feel little rude. When taking Appointments of we ask some questions she gets irritated. Parking is space is available backside of the hospital. On front side parking is limited. Most of the people living near aluva prefer to go to this hospital due to affordable rate for treatments.
Bad management. No card payments acepted in registration counter. No sanitizerat entry even in a hospital. No one to assure the people comming to a hospital wears a mask. Please bring any token service on early morning for getting apointment to avoid people arguing each other at a hospital
Casualty staff behavior very bad, today (4/11/2021) I visited carmel hospital with my mother, she don't have any fever and other symptoms also but the staff send fever clinic compulsory. We visited there for urgency to meet the doctor regarding she have bleeding but they didn't heard the anything. Very Bad. This is last we visit Carmel Hospital.
