They are pretty much exepensive. When I went to pay the bills their attitude felt like I was begging from them. When I was there hindi speaking guy asked them bill, he dont know malayalam. When he asked the bill the employee replied in malayalam that she need extra 350 rupees then only she will give him bill.
I used to stay nearby and have used their services for the past 35 years plus. It is very crowded these days with almost all departments available. Most of the doctors are good but have heard complaints of poor service though no personal experience. Dr. Ahmed still attends to patients and he is the personal favourite of my family. Look into improving the services to survive
