Highly recommend to make your doctors understand the value of their service rather than money or time.I went with my son to consultant Dr.MG Joy Pediatrician last day and we were informed that he will be available after 6pm.We reached there at 6:15 and meanwhile his duty nurse called us and we told her that we have already reached hospital and just entering the data at their desk.In a span of 5mins after that this doctor left.That’s the value they give to the patient.We are fortunate that he didn’t treat our kid.Keep up the great humanitarian attitude
I needed to speak with my doctor very urgently and asked your hospital staff to connect me to him,but they told me that they would send a QR code on WhatsApp and I had to scan that and send 300/-which I did send. They asked me to send the screenshot of the transaction details to which I did. Now I had mentioned that it was urgent and had to speak with my doctor as quickly as possible. Sadly nothing has happened today and I am in a uneasy situation physically. Sad that once they received my money then everything else is not important to them. Why do they take money if you cannot do your job.
The gynaecology department has Specialist Gynecologists. Excellent Nursing with caring and friendly Nurses. Appreciate the Team work of Gynaecology and Paediatrics Doctors. All the Best.
Even after getting fully vaccinated they are not allowing to enter into the hospital to visit relative who was admitted after the surgery.i don't even know why? Is vaccination a joke? If it's like this then there is no need for getting vaccinated in the first place. The doctors might be good but ensure that the counter staffs are courteous.
Treatments and services are good. Rates are on higher side. But services are like premium. Child birth suite services are good. Even normal rooms have 2 beds and are spacious. Pharmacy process are speedy compare to other hospitals. Parking facility is distant from the hospital and not much space is there. And the worst thing is the Canteen. As on November 2021 the canteen people at the Emc seems to be the unprofessional and greedy. They don't have enough staff to attend the room service. The patients must have the diet food from canteen and they won't supply in time and the rates are too high like a premium restaurant. And the taste of food is pathetic. They are squeezing the poor patients there.
