All the people who's saying that "the staff is not responsive and etc" my answer is that what do you expect from a government hospital. The doctors get frustrated by doing work and studying. They are human too they have there own problem. Before judging other staff think about their side also, and yes I've been to the hospital.

My experience was awful, first I wait 3 hours in a queue for OPD registration and when I finally reached the counter for my enrollment they said today's registrations are closed. Official timing is (8:30 am-1130am) but they start their work after 10:20 am it's not our fault still we have to face it. This is very depressing. And staff over there think they are fulfilling their job.
