Overall service is not bad. But never attend calls properly if you call to the reception to make an appointment or for any other information.
Worst service. I tried to call many times but no response. When I came to see doctor my token number was 34 and I waited about 3 hours people who come after me was going inside with permission of nurse . The don’t call token but the call names. What kind of service is this????? We are not coming for free you are charging us 350 rs for each visit . Totally not satisfied with the service and treatment. Our time is also valuable not only doctors.
I really appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment. It was very positive experience since admission till discharge. Great job everyone.
I have had really good experience with the doctor. However I am not satisfied with the service of Pharmacy.Yesterday I went to this hospital to consult a doctor. Then I went to the pharmacy to buy medicine, they said the pharmacy was closed. I told her I had consulted the doctor here and they told me to buy medicine from outside.Closing the pharmacy before concluding the doctor's consultation is a major failure on the part of the hospital. By doing this you are making the patients more struggle.Remember its a place where people come to get help.I hope you take note of this feedback.
Very bad service. Doctors are good but their management is very bad. Called many times for appointment at the time given by them, but guess what it's already booked a day before. No coordination.
