Disappointed us! Booked for evening time consultation for physician (3/7/2021)&the reception staff informed us that the op time is 5.30 to 6.30.we arrived hospital at 5.45pm and they gave us the consulting fees bill for ₹170.we paid it and went to the op.then nursing staff came and told us that the doctor has left at 5.30 .At this covid pandemic time such irresponsible staff will make the hospital service worst.Really disappointed.The reception staff should know whether the doctor is on duty or not!
