A very satisfactory experience. Highly experienced doctor and team who very clearly outlined the possible treatment plan and explained very patiently regarding the recovery process. The nursing team is very efficient - very calm and kind to explain to the patient and family regarding even the tiniest of queries that we had. Support staff were also very helpful. Overall a patient centred hospital who keeps the patient health and recovery above anything else. The package was explained to us clearly. The claims office team was very supportive and handled our claim process very smoothly. Very cordial staff who checked on the patient well being on a daily basis. Rooms for improvement: 1. Can be a bit more senior citizen friendly. The surgery was delayed quite a bit due to lack of coordination. This may not go well with elderly patients on several hours of fasting prior to surgery 2. The room facility was a bit outdated. The beds must be modernised, so that it can be tilted at least by means of a lever to facilitate patient seating etc. 3. I don't think the rates are high. The doctors are well devoted. I feel the negative reviews are fake. As I was in the hospital for last one month. The doctors treat us like family and even the staffs are well devoted and caring
