I just wanted to thank the staff at Swagat Hospital for taking such great care of my father when he was ill and admitted in the hospital. I was feeling very safe when I saw that the staff worked very well as a team and ensured that my father received high quality care. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful.
This was the most friendly medical staff I have been around in a long time. If I ever get sick again, than I would want them to have around. The medical staff had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The doctor that took my initial information was terrific and made me feel like I was the first patient of the day.
I was very pleased with my experience at Swagat Hospital. This time at Swagat was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the Swagat Hospital made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best.
I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the Swagat Hospital. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. I am really thankful for the staffs and doctors of the Swagat hospital.
1 star only for the 5 Star service while the patient was admitted in the hospital. But after discharge pathetic service given to the patient. Really didn't expect this from Swagat Hospital. Request management to kindly brief patients about the protocol that they need to know before you give them an appointment. Travelling to Guwahati everyday is not possible for people who live far from the Guwahati City.
