One of the best hospitals in Thrissur for mother and child care. I had consulted Dr. Aswathy and I was extremely happy with the care and expertise with which she treated me. She's quite efficient, compassionate and supportive. The atmosphere in the labour room was also very friendly with the sisters always by my side to allay my anxiety. The neonatology unit is quite excellent too. I'll certainly recommend my doctor as well as the hospital to all my friends and relatives.
It was my best choice to choose Dr Soumya for my delivery! She made be so comfortable throughout the labour. Hospital services and nursing staff can be alot more better.

I'm Prabhu from Coimbatore-TN, My wife belong to velur-thrissur. VERY HAPPY ABOUT TREATMENT PROVIDED by NYLE HOSPITAL ESPECIALLY DR. KAVITHA RAJESH. Staffs were so supportive as I took my mom along with me to support my wife where I cant understand malayalam that much but can manage and my mom totally doesn't understand or speak malayalam. During March,2021 we confirmed our pregnancy and was looking for hospitals to consult. I'm very stubborn that right from first month till delivery we should consult one doctor and we heard about Dr. KAVITHA RAJESH from Nyle Hospital. We met her and confirmed about pregnancy and she prescribed few medicines. She scheduled appointment on every 3 to 4 weeks interval and I stayed in my wife's place as we decided to consult the same doctor. Initially two visits I felt so bad as to wait so long to consult the doctor as its crowded. But I would say it's really worth waiting as baby and mom are the important ones than our time. During 5th month she advised for scan and she said everything looks fine, weeks passed by and during 8th month doctor said that the water level is less so if it keeps decreasing we might need to look for Cesarean also baby's growth is 8 days lesser than expected, she prescribed some more medicines, we followed that and in the upcoming weeks she said water level got increased and wait again is also became normal so we don't need to worry about delivery. When it was 36 weeks we have to visit every week and 37, 38 we were expecting that doctor would ask us to get admitted but she asked us to wait till the pain starts naturally. We got admitted with pain on 38 weeks and 6 days and doctor waited for pain to increase more. At last it was a normal delivery and both mom and baby came home smiling. Somethings with which I'm happy about Nyle are 1) Dr.Kavitha Rajesh understand about your wife and baby and makes better decision so better leave the decision in her hands she will do the best. One thing about consultation is yes you have to wait for atleast 1 to 2 hours to visit the doctor but after delivery you will feel whether it was worth waiting. 2) They didn't unnecessarily opted for Cesarean once its 37 weeks where in my city or other hospitals it would be otherwise, not sure. 3) After delivery they didn't unnecessarily keep mom In ICU for couple of hours and baby in NICU and charge for it, which in my city would have been happened. I'm saying this with the bad experiences I went through during my sister's delivery in my city. 4) Hospital and staffs were supportive none hesitated when I don't know malayalam or felt bad when i asked again and again. 5) After you said you have insurance they won't bill extra charges or opting for Cesarean or extending the days of treatment which is the common doubt for all. 6) Rooms are also neat and clean, they are not allowing unnecessary people inside as bystanders for OP nor visitors on admission due to pandemic which I feel is good. At last we need safety for ourselves and especially our kid. Finally we are happy and treatment cost is also okay not too high or too low.
Very Bad experience. No adequate care from Nursing staff. Had been admitted due to wheezing. 4 days in the hospital and things got worse . Had to take discharge from the hospital and shifted to another hospital for expertise care and consultation. I will never recommend this for children. No ethics in the work found and no proper follow up or care being given. They don't show seriousness and take everything very silly.
