I am providing here my own experience at North East Cancer Institute, Guwahati. It is highly acceptable that rapid COVID test is mandatory while visiting a physician but waiting for long in the name of it is just mere punishment. Patients visit the hospital in order to get solution to the problem they are facing but in return they lose the mental health. I would also like to draw the attention of the behaviour of the staff members of the hospital. At least they should give attention to what we are asking for. But they show as if we must have prior knowledge while visiting the doctor. Even if you ask a simple query they would ignore and such behaviour is not acceptable. Because nobody visits hospital just for fun. We are really in need of help and couldn't get the required help we have expected . Even the doctors could not provide a proper result after observing the problem. Now we are totally at a loss about what to do and where to go. At last I would request the entire hospital fraternity to please attend the patients with well mannered behaviour so that the patients could feel mental relaxation.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. nobody answers the hospital telephone. people call for various reasons ( emergency) to know whether the doctor is available or not or whether they give the treatment which we are looking for and lots of other numerous works. But they are not at all interested or helpful. Such a shame and pathetic service.
Very unprofessional & pathetic service. I am currently sitting outside the hospital and writing this review. It's 20th of December and we have been waiting for the doctor outside in the parking lot since 9 am morning. They have completed the COVID test and asked us to wait for the doctor who will be coming at 2:30 pm noon. It's already 3:22 now and the doctor has turned up yet. What a pathetic service! & and how very unprofessionally they carry out their services. Is this how a hospital function? when we have to wait for the doctor the whole day. People come from far and near for the treatment and what they do is make us wait. A hospital doesn't live up to its name by the size of the building. But with its timely service and good & polite staffs, which this hospital has to work upon. They desperately need to work upon this. Such a shame 🤮😡👎👎👎👎👎👎
Preference is given mainly on patient safety. Very hygienic and well maintained atmosphere.
Good but a parking space is not nice enough
