Chaotic - get ready to wait for 3 hours. Operations and Administration is a mess - we like the doctors and some of staff that is understanding. Please fix the mess, simplify patients life, if you don’t think of patient as a customer I bet it’s only a matter of time this place will be so empty….one way or other you need this place a little less busy and more efficient. Treating patient as a customer and having empathy for situation of patient is going to help you be relevant. File from reception goes to optometrist, pressure test, then drops, then again drops, then some drops.. then finally doctor sees you.. then you wait again …oh god, who designed this process and why are they still in the job when things are so chaotic and take this long. My humble request is experience this in a well run place for same treatment and you will know what I am talking about!! One way or other this might be our last trip here. Good luck!

A very well maintained hospital taking care for hygiene at each and every step. The staff is very attentive and courteous. Especially doctor Raja Rani Reddy's treatment is excellent.

Neoretina it's a good hospital as well as good doctors... Here surgeries also will do.. If advice it is a best hospital for eye problem... Moreover doctors have still busy then also they gave a good response to the patients.. Tq to all doctors thay are very humble. And polite

My brother had taken cataract treatment here, underwent surgery. Friendly weather, staff is really polite and with good attitude.Very Thankful to the insurance handling team. Dr Rajaram Reddy Sir is very unique. With so much of experience and knowledge, he listens to all your problems with patience and gives the correct treatment.

My mother got cataract surgery done here for both eyes. Surgery was done very well. It was a good experience. Good hospital with staff and doctors were so friendly.
