The devil lies in the detail. Tall buildings, expensive Medicare and good infrastructure doesn't imply good services. The hospital is good at 2 things- 1. Charging high money 2. Wasting time. They charged me 10000 for some ct scan tests conducted around 9am. And said the reports would be delivered by 2 pm. Poorly managed stuff and low skilled workers ensured the reports doesn't get delivered in time. They need to upgrade their work culture and respect others time and life. Already past 8 hrs and waiting. Management rather than replying with sweet words to the reviews you should focus in improving your services. Don't ask me to mail as I have nothing more to say other than this.
A very good and professionally run hospital. It has most of the important facilities. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The hospital is taking adequate precautions against COVID 19 infections

Service is very slow. They took more then 10 hours to give discharge letter. Even I have experienced bed bugs while sleeping. At the middle of the night around 1 am I called house keeping to change my bed.. it was a horrible experience. Overall staffs are friendly. But most of them have to be more professional. Cafeteria food was also worst.
You'll have to take a service road to reach this hospital. It's located on an uphill besides the main highway. Parking your vehicle here is not a big issue as they have plenty of space for the same for about 200 cars at least. Rest the hospital is clean and well maintained. Getting appointments here is not so tough although it's better if you are personally in touch with the doctors for getting their timings.
