Very bad experience, only money money money, money is what they want.....waste consultancy ever......the doctor could not even recognise that i had dengue or not? When I visited this hospital for consultancy, I had high fever and rashes all over my back (symptoms of dengue). I also have several other symptoms of the same. When I visited the clinic, I was called inside the doctor's chamber. When i went in, the doctor just asked me a few questions, wrote the names of 5 to 6 tablets on a slip and asked me to leave after handing over the slip. After 2 days, my fever had reached an ultimate level. I couldn't even wake up on my own, i felt dizziness all the day. Whenever I would try to come out of my bed, I would become unconcious. When I consulted a doctor from apollo, he immediately responded that i had many symptoms that match dengue. Upon getting tested, I found that I was positive. For the next 4 days I was admitted in a general room, and after that, i was discharged. GUYS, TRUST ME, DO NOT EVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE OF ENTERING THIS HOSPITAL. CONSULTING THIS HOSPITAL IS JUST LIKE, YOU HAVE LOST ₹1000 FROM YOUR POCKET.

Worst service. Receptionist took fees for the test without informing us the doctor itself is not available who takes the test. Doctor name Jyoti is not on time and we have waited for approx 90 minutes. There was no other doctor as backup for the test. When asked to receptionist no proper response. Just saying doctor will be available in sometime.
One of the best treatment in Hyderabad. All staff and doctors were good. They were like a family. I will recommend this hospital to everyone
