I went there for covid vaccination and the experience was smooth
I visited this hospital for medical assistance. Room number 2. Doctor is very good. Thanks for very good behaviour and support. He gives satisfactory time to each patient.
Shame on the management. Hospital building is very nice and recently converted to covid care but management is worst and 3rd class. These people never care about basic needs of patient. No water in hospital. No water in washrooms for patients. No attendant to clean the washrooms. Potty and toilet every where. Shame on these people who can not put some amount of government for these basic facilities. They are putting everything in their pockets. No medicine no care for covid patients except oxygen. CM of UP should check this personally, its a 2nf hell in Mathura.
There is facilities are ok but few seniors doctors don't know how to talk the patient & they are thinking that they are doing voluntary services but that is wrong practice. They are getting good salary from govt. They behaved like animals. Very rude & not even listen problems too.Specifically sr. Ladies doctors. Will update doctors name too soon . Hare Krishna
I think this is the best govt. Hospital in mathura-vrindavan area. There are 100 beds facility so it called सौ शैया अस्पताल too. When you come here you enter in a hall where two three windows are open. Ypu can get your prescription receipt cost at 1rs. Come with aadhar or any id proof and then go to dr. Hospital is in wide area so you will be confused at first time that where to go. But drs. Are really humble. Dog and monkey bite injections are mosyly available here. Medicines distribution section is on the ground floor. Xray and many other test facilities are available at very cheap cost to help lower class people who are unable to get treatment because of money. The most important thing is that.. aayushmaan card facility treatment is also available here. Car and bike parking facility is also here.
