Hospital with good doctors. Staff member of the hospital are very descent. Focused and personal care, makes patients at ease from the very onset. Very nice ambiance. Optical shop situated here has plenty of collections with normal rate and the technicians was really helpful and so nice. In my opinion, this hospital provides the best treatment in the city.

This is an institution which makes sure that every patient who comes in is given proper comprehensive treatment. They look at the disease as a whole and not just treat the immediate complaints . Obviously this takes time and patience. When you look at the big picture, you are well taken care of and you are sure that you are in good hands . When you go through all the concerned specialities and when you are looked at by expert doctors , it may take a little longer. Effort is definitely always taken to speed up the processes.

Been Patient for eye treatment in Chaithanya hospital for past year and treated by the best and Top Eye specialist. They are 5 stars 3 star is for customer care. However today I had gone for consultation to the specialist on appointment.. however had to weight more than 4 hours to meet them after mandatory test were conducted.. There was a sizable crowd.. however since the appointment was given a week in advance one expected to be treated and released without delay.. it did not happen and the time went on beyond routine lunch time..Drops for Eye Dilation was carried out and I was in my seat for 2 hours plus… feeling hungry and tired I reached out to the ever busy admin staff and was told the Doctor was pulled for an emergency surgery for about hour plus and he just joined back. Now we all understand Doctor do have to attend Emergency.. but I found the admin& nursing staff management of situation below standard Most of the eye patients are elderly, some of them have very other medical issues requiring them to eat or drink.. some of us where scared is sitting amongst crowded patients and they bystanders with no inch is space ., COVID scare.. it would have been nice if we are told of the emergency absence and advised to go out for lunch or eat outside and return after some time .. it will be up to us whether we continue waiting.. we were not told .. in my case just for a five minutes look.. they put dilation fluid and kept me waiting for 2 hours.. till I walked up and conveyed my displeasure., then of course .. Doctor was free and then it took just 5 minutes.. back to pharmacy and then signing out eat up another 30 minutes.. I had my lunch .. at 4 pm.. My suggestion is the patients need to be informed of delays and given a choice to move out for meals refreshments washroom etc I still will come back here as the doctors treating me are the best in business.. administration staff should pull up their socks and improve customer care …thanks

I've no complaints about the hospital, but have a serious concern on the parking facilities. They've built such a big hospital without parking ! Outside road is 'no parking' area and is usually subject to police fine. They have parking slots in the building basement and can accommodate some vehicles there and in the courtyard. But Security personnel are most eager to get your vehicle out of the hospital compound.

Poor administration. Had an appointment at 9 am. After consulting doctor we had to go to different levels for testing and scanning. Everything got over by 3pm only. Doctors are really good. Scan report was not delivered citing that printer was not working. Other than the waiting time, it's a good hospital .
