The 4 stars I gave is for the hard working nurses here. The department must take care of the nurses. They must give nurses facilities and proper money. They took very good care of whole family during the pandemic day and night. So the department must take care of the nurses nicely. They are more hardworking than everyone working there I see specially in the covid ward. Must take good care of nurses in covid ward. Proud of u angels
Behavior of the lab staff and Radiology Department is the worst I have seen in any hospital. I got call from the Radiology department for confirmation of scan booking they insisted to reach there at 10.45am and not to be there early. So we came to the department at 10.30. We wait outside radiology department half hour to just get response. They told us that "who ever comes first will be served first". Then why the **** did they do the booking for.. Or why the **** did they tell us to come at a particular time. Its better not to speak about lab. I went there for hb and suger test. There were no patients at wait we where only patients in the lab. We waited there half hour to take sample. Its take approximately 1hrs to get the result. When i went for the result after 1 hour cleaning staff was cleaning the lab enquiry counter and the staff of the lab was there but told me to wait. After some time they took the recept to get result.they searched for the results 20mins and they said it is not ready yet wait for some time...... The hospital staff don't care about making the patients wait without any reason, As if we their to get free treatmeat. Government hospital staffs treats much better than this hospital staff..
Behaviour of front office staffs are pathetic. Person who attends the calls lacks telephonic manners. They have experienced doctors but spoils it by staffs attitude.
Good but ambience is not up to the mark
