As compared to earlier hospital with tag named Apollo, Medanta hospital lakes in its management. My reason to give 5 star rating is all because of a doctor named Dr. Niraj Prasad, Senior Consultant Cardiologist. He has been so kind and responsible towards his duty and still giving his best to society.
Fail to meet minimum basic protocol of Medenta Delhi. Very bad hospital management. Wash rooms and toilets r very bad. No security checking of vehicles at entry and exit. No display of information boards. Like a fish market. Zero sign board. Main entry gate chocked with vehicles. No medical pharmacy inside hospital. Out side medical pharmacy shops like mushrooms.
World most horrible hospital. Please do not admit here doesn't matter how bad your patient condition is. The doctors are unethical immoral doesn't have any real knowledge. They only know trail and error method. They give heavy doses of wrong medicines. The nurses are the most disgraceful part of this hospital, they have no sympathy towards patients, they treat them with no respect. On top of that the hospital is extremely money minded, they will charge you with thousands on top of thousands. I have personally experienced all of these when my mother was admitted there. She nearly died there and later we had to send her to AIG Hyderabad for treatment where she fully recovered. This hospital is seriously horrible hospital. If your patient is admitted there discharge them and shift it somewhere else or take them out of ranchi. Just look at the reviews, they have more 1 starts reviews than 5 starts which certainly speaks a lot about the hospital. I request you please do not admit your patient in Medanta. This hospital needs to closed or do some serious changes.
I wish there was a zero star to show how deeply I regret to choose Medanta over other better hospitals in Ranchi.
